Yes. During the initial conversation, we will determine whether our expertise is the right fit for your needs.

Do I need to commission a full-scale project?

No. You can engage us for a specific area of expertise—for example, a business or marketing audit, a go-to-market strategy, a positioning review, or a consultation on business growth.

What if the service I need is not listed on the website?

Not necessarily. Business challenges often extend beyond a single area of expertise. If your question relates to business growth, international expansion, or cross-border operations, feel free to get in touch. If it's within our expertise, we'll propose the right solution. Do you work alongside internal teams?

Do you offer performance marketing services?

At the moment, we don't offer performance marketing as a standalone service. This area is led by one of our co-founders, who is currently serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, so we have temporarily paused taking on new performance marketing projects.

If paid advertising is part of a broader business challenge, we're happy to assess its role within your overall growth strategy and, if needed, recommend a trusted specialist or agency.

Do you develop websites, design, or brand identities?

These services can be included in a broader project. We believe that website development and brand identity should never be approached in isolation from marketing. That's why our marketing specialists are involved throughout the process to ensure the final result is not only visually compelling but also aligned with your positioning, target audience, SEO strategy, website structure, and overall business objectives.

Do you help businesses sell on Amazon or Etsy?

We do not specialize in launching or growing stores on Amazon, Etsy, or other marketplaces. If your project is focused specifically on these platforms, we can recommend trusted partners with dedicated marketplace expertise.

However, if marketplaces are only one of several sales channels within a broader international strategy, we can support you with brand positioning, market entry, and the development of an effective marketing system.

Do you provide social media management?

No. We don't operate as a social media management agency and don't provide ongoing social media management services. If social media is an important part of your business challenge, we can assess its role within your overall growth strategy and help you determine whether bringing in a dedicated social media specialist is the right approach.
